Hospice Haven was created to feel like home: a peaceful, welcoming place where patients can receive compassionate end-of-life care surrounded by dignity, comfort, and the people they love. Through our Vintage Capital Campaign, Richmond County Hospice is investing in the future of Hospice Haven so this special inpatient home can continue serving families in our community for generations to come.

A Walk to Remember
A Walk to Remember is a peaceful and meaningful part of the Richmond County Hospice campus, created as a place for reflection, remembrance, and comfort. Through our Walkway and Garden Vintage Campaign, donors help preserve and enhance the walking paths, memorial gardens, landscaping, and special spaces that allow patients, families, and community members to pause, remember loved ones, and find moments of peace.
Your support helps ensure that this beautiful outdoor sanctuary remains a lasting part of Hospice Haven for generations to come.
