Walk to Remember
In 2013, we began building our Walk to Remember, a sacred and peaceful space created to honor and memorialize loved ones. Over the years, this beautiful path has grown to include a pergola, an “old farm porch,” intimate garden spaces, statuary, a Veterans Garden, a fire pit gathering area, and a Marian Grotto.
Each element of the Walk to Remember has been made possible through the generosity of donors in our community. It truly stands as a reflection of the love and support that surrounds our hospice family.
We are pleased to offer you a meaningful opportunity to become part of your Hometown Hospice history. A limited number of engraved bricks are available for purchase to honor a loved one—living or deceased. Your personalized brick will be placed in either the Marian Grotto or the Veterans Garden, creating a lasting tribute in a place designed for remembrance, reflection, and peace.
All proceeds from this project support our Benevolent Care Program, which provides hospice care, medications, and services to individuals who do not qualify for Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance coverage. Your support ensures that every patient can experience compassionate, dignified end-of-life care—living each day with peace, comfort, and dignity.
