Richmond County Hospice- Rockingham, North Carolina

     Hospice Haven is a licensed Hospice resident facility. It was established in Feburary 2002 for patients of Richmond County Hospice. The beautiful facility is located on the campus of Richmond County Hospice, " The center for compassionate care."
     Hospice Haven welcomes guests with a beautiful entrance that leads to a large living rom equipped with a television, fireplace and all of the comforts of home.
     Hospice Haven also provides a warm dining area for all residents and their guests as well as a spacious kitchen where every meal is home-cooked by staff.
     Hospice Haven provides spacious living for residents and adequate room for guests at anytime. THis large home is built with all the comforts of home in mind.
     The bedrooms are situated around a beautiful spacious hall that residents and families can stroll around or visit other residents. This area also provides sitting areas for residents to stop and rest, play a game of chess, or just enjoy the atmosphere.
     Each room is large enough to accommodate the resident with all the necessities of home. All rooms have an entertainment center with a color remote television, a beautiful bed with a dust ruffle and maching comforter, thier own private bathroom that is large enough for them to enjoy, a personal closet for each resident and a chair that folds out into a small twin bed for family members who wish to stay overnight.
     Another favorite area for residents and families is the screened in porch with comfortable rocking chairs for everyone to enjoy.
      A sunroom is located just outside the living room and the kitchen area. Residents and their guests can view the beautifully landscaped gardens of the Hospice Haven.
